Returns & Refunds policy
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and certain accessories are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

2. Prepare Your Package: Include the original receipt and a note specifying whether you want a refund or exchange.
3. Shipping: Use a trackable shipping service for returns. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
- If you need a different size or color, please indicate this in your return note. We will send the new item as soon as we process your return.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
International Returns:
- International customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please check with your local customs office regarding any additional charges.
